1970’s GERMAN DRAGER TAUCHTECHNIK MONOMAT DOUBLE HOSE REGULATOR. This model has the rare yoke clamp for use on US tank valves and has the super stretchy Spirotechnique style hoses. This regulator does work but breathes hard due to a stiff fabric style diaphragm.
